What I Did When I Started with Flaunte (35-Day Story)

It was random how we got connected on LinkedIn. The founder, posted that they needed SEO experts who could solve their biggest problem

I carefully read the entire post, but it didn’t mention a single specific issue they wanted to improve

Flaunte is a premium beauty booking platform that lets users book beauty services anytime, anywhere. whether at home or in a salon. It also helps beauty professionals and salons as merchants showcase their services, gain more visibility, and attract more clients. Currently, Flaunte primarily operates in the UAE

So, I went straight to their website to figure it out myself. I found several areas that needed improvement

Their website was built with Next.js, which meant everything required custom coding. Luckily, I had experience with this before

The developer team is an expert in development but doesn’t know how to implement it properly or improve visibility

Before they even asked, I sent them a detailed report outlining everything I found, along with the most important fixes

Turns out, they found my Loom video extremely helpful, so Jazz and the team decided to connect and discuss how we could solve this together.

To make things easier, I created a Trello dashboard where I documented: ✅ Every single page ✅ Common changes ✅ Technical fixes ✅ Detailed technical blogs explaining how to fix them

Now, the developers had a clear understanding of what to do and where to implement SEO changes

This solved their biggest problem—search engine crawlability. As a result, within one month, 3,000 pages got indexed on search engines

Every 10 days, I hopped on a call to guide them, troubleshoot issues, and address roadblocks. This built a strong working relationship, where sometimes, a simple screenshot was enough to resolve things

As we moved forward, I designed a complete website structure to support future development

We implemented meta tags and social tags on the main pages, which instantly boosted low-competition keywords to the top—without doing anything extra

Next, we worked on improving the merchant profile search visibility so that when users searched for a merchant’s name, they could book an appointment directly from Flaunte
