Deliverables:
GetClap is a user-friendly event management platform that I designed with the event coordinator persona in mind. It is a key tool that enables event organizers to simultaneously manage multiple live events, plan future events, and coordinate various remote teams.
GetClap streamlines the complex process of task delegation and coordination among diverse teams, such as caterers, interior decorators, audio-visual technicians, and lighting engineers etc.
I designed GetClap to optimize the event management workflow for enhanced productivity and outcomes. This is achieved by facilitating seamless task assignment and efficient issue resolution.
