Responsibilities:
User research, facilitation of design thinking workshops with stakeholders, persona creation and validation, user journey mapping, end to end user flows for overall and sub journeys, wireframe design and prototyping, and full UI design aligned with the design system.
Deliverables:
Successful launch of three key service experiences: Driving Services, Marriage Services, and Deceased Services. Each service was designed to be intuitive, seamless, and enjoyable for residents. All three were delivered in full alignment with the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority’s strategic initiative to enhance the efficiency and overall quality of government services.
