The core focus was to improve conversion flow, create clearer navigation paths, and enhance accessibility across every key touchpoint.

The project came with a few challenging parts, especially around restructuring complex property information and aligning user needs with business goals. Streamlining the content while keeping the experience effortless required several iterations and validation steps. The final outcome is a smoother, more intuitive journey that supports users and elevates the brand’s digital presence.
