Wizardry Tutoring already had what nursing students look for: subject guides, mock exams across nursing topics, tutoring that explains how to answer questions, and a store of more than 300 products. The problem was the website carrying all of it. Pages loaded slowly, with the main content taking close to 30 seconds to appear in Google's mobile test. Resources were scattered across the site with no clear path from one to the next, so every mock exam felt like a separate one time purchase. And the site was hard for students to get into, especially on a phone.

The brief: redesign the whole website so it loads fast and reads as one product, then add a QBank that turns single purchases into ongoing practice.

We started with the website. A new purple, gold and black design system, built around the Wizardry name, gave every page the same type scale, header and components, so Home, About, Services, Our Team, Memberships, Store and FAQ now read as one brand. The existing URL structure stayed intact, so old links and all 314 store products kept working. Every page was built as a private draft first and went live only after the client approved it.

Speed was treated as a design requirement. We compressed photos (the main portrait dropped from 310 KB to 51 KB), stopped fonts from blocking the page, loaded animations only when they came into view, and reserved space for each element so the layout stopped jumping as the page loaded. The header now carries the real Wizardry logo, with login, language picker, cart and social links in one slim bar.

The QBank is the practice layer behind the site, live at its own address and linked from six places across the homepage and from every inner page. Students practice by topic, review the reasoning behind each answer, and build a performance history across subjects, with subscription access to the wider library. Wizardry keeps ownership of the questions, explanations and teaching direction, while the technical side runs in the background.

The redesigned site is live as Wizardry Tutoring's public face, with the QBank one click away from every page. In Google PageSpeed Insights, the homepage score rose from 33 to 63 on mobile and from 54 to 75 on desktop. On desktop the page now appears in about 0.9 seconds, and layout shift is close to zero. Students can move from a study guide to a tutoring session to QBank practice without leaving the brand or hitting a dead end.
