Paton Personnel is a successful and well established recruitment agency. They required a complete redevelopment of their previous Wordpress website to go beyond its aged web pages and limited functionality to effectively manage their job ads and candidate applications.

Solution Provided

The new implementation incorporated a fully featured web application that served multiple purposes:

public web frontend for candidates and prospective clients;

private web application for administrators, recruitment agents and registered candidates where each role can fulfill functions and specific to it.

integration hub where web site actions and web applications actions can trigger other automated business processes like notifications, job alert scheduling and search engine integration.
