Goflow Mobile Banking App

Goflow is a mobile banking app that I created and designed to address the issue of complicated and busy personal banking apps. I struggled with using my own personal banking app, and sought to create a simple and easy-to-use app that allows users to easily track their expenses. To make the app accessible to a wider audience, Goflow offers both free and premium plans.

Problem: The biggest challenge in developing a banking app was understanding what users wanted and defining a simple user flow.

Solution: To address this challenge, I conducted user and market surveys to gather information about what users were looking for in a banking app. I analyzed this information to gain insight into what features and functionality were most important to users.

Additionally, I developed low-fidelity wireframes of the user flow to help me visualize and test different options for the app's layout and navigation. By doing this, I was able to define a user flow that was simple and intuitive, which helped to ensure that users would have a positive experience with the app. Overall, by conducting user research and testing different design options, I was able to create a banking app that met the needs and preferences of users.

To kick off every project, I conduct a thorough research study to gain a deep understanding of the brand's mission, competitors, target audience, goals, and design solutions. This helps me to get a clear picture of the company and its objectives.

Understanding the target audience is a crucial aspect of creating an effective brand identity. Once I decided what the gender, age, interests and problems were for the targeted audience I then moved onto creating low-fidelity wireframes for each of the apps screens as well as wireframing the Goflow website.

Completed all deliverables such as logo design/branding, app promo video, website design, iOS application design, prototype.

I am excited about the successful design of the Goflow mobile banking app. I am confident that I met the objectives I set out to achieve at the start of this project. I believe the simple design interface won't be intimidating to new users and will make online banking hassle-free!
