UI/UX Design for Spirou.io Newsletter Growth Tool

The Project Spirou.io is a concept project I worked on to explore how AI can simplify newsletter growth. The idea was to create a tool that helps content creators and marketers analyze their audience, uncover growth opportunities, and scale their newsletters using smart, data-driven insights.

The Challenge Most newsletter tools focus on content delivery, not growth. Spirou.io needed to:

Clearly communicate its AI-powered value proposition

Guide users through a simple, intuitive onboarding

Present data in a way that’s easy to digest and act on

My goal was to design a platform that feels clean, helpful, and powerful — without overwhelming users with complexity.

My Role I handled the full UI/UX design process, including:

UX Strategy: Defining user flows and key touchpoints from landing page to dashboard

UI Design: Designing a minimal, modern interface with clear hierarchy and smooth interactions

Visual Direction: Creating a visual identity that feels trustworthy, intelligent, and creator-friendly

A simple, focused landing page that highlights how Spirou works

A clean onboarding experience that helps users connect their newsletter tool

A dashboard layout showing key metrics, growth suggestions, and audience insights

A modern, tech-friendly UI with clear hierarchy and soft visual tone

OOutcome This sprint helped me better understand how to present complex data in a way that feels simple and useful. It also challenged me to think about growth tools not just as analytics dashboards, but as guides that help creators make better decisions, faster.
