Vector Advisory partnered with me for ongoing social media marketing support with a clear challenge: maintaining a consistent, professional digital presence while also building visibility within relevant local and online communities.

Rather than treating the retainer as simply “posting content,” I built a structured workflow around content creation, brand consistency, community engagement, and ongoing documentation.

I manage content for Vector Advisory’s Facebook Page and Instagram account, creating approximately two posts per week alongside short-form Reel content.

Each piece of content is developed with Vector Advisory’s existing brand and content guidelines in mind. I review the messaging, visual direction, and overall presentation before publishing to ensure the content remains consistent with the brand.

The work also extends beyond the brand's own social pages.

For local visibility, I research relevant Pittsburgh-focused Facebook groups and identify conversations where Vector Advisory can participate naturally. The focus is on useful, relevant interaction rather than repetitive promotional posting, helping the brand become part of conversations that matter to its target audience.

A key part of the engagement has been rebuilding Vector Advisory’s presence on Reddit.

Instead of approaching Reddit as another promotional channel, I support account development and community participation by identifying relevant discussions and contributing content that fits the context of each community.

This approach helps create a more authentic presence while reducing the risk of the brand simply appearing to advertise.

Alongside social media management, I create supporting visual assets when needed, edit short-form video content, and review published content for consistency.

I also maintain weekly documentation covering completed content and engagement activities. This gives the client a clear view of the work being delivered throughout the retainer and creates useful information for planning future content.

The goal of this retainer is not simply to keep Vector Advisory's social accounts active.

It is to create a consistent digital presence while building opportunities for the brand to be discovered, recognized, and engaged with across relevant online communities.

Through ongoing content production, community participation, and structured documentation, the work provides Vector Advisory with a repeatable system for maintaining its social presence and continuing to build visibility over time.
