Lantern Product Development and Scaling

Summary: As a founding engineer at Lantern, I built the original product from scratch and helped scale it through acquisition. I created and managed the roadmap, led product performance tracking, built a custom React design system, and oversaw our migration from PHP/Heroku to Node/AWS. I also led our SOC 2 compliance initiative, unlocking strategic partnerships like State Farm.
