Summary: As a consultant for GoTo Foods, I managed the platform team's backlog across seven restaurant brands. I helped implement a new API versioning strategy using Istio, which allowed seamless production deployments. I also led the rollout of an automation tool for syncing POS menu content to Contentful, reducing manual errors and improving operational efficiency.
