Redesign and rebuild of the St Jerome’s Laneway Festival website, spanning multiple cities and a large content ecosystem.
The project focused on simplifying a fragmented experience, unifying brand and digital touchpoints, and creating a scalable system to support ongoing festival seasons.
Role
Led end-to-end design and Webflow build in collaboration with Bolster, working across UX, interface design and system development.
Approach
The existing experience was complex and difficult to navigate, with duplicated content across multiple city-specific sites.
A new structure consolidated content, improved usability and created a more intuitive experience across locations and event information.
A flexible design system was established to support multiple cities, each with its own identity, while maintaining consistency across the broader platform.
Outcome
Delivered a scalable and cohesive digital platform that improves usability, reduces content duplication and supports the festival’s ongoing growth across multiple regions.
