Architected and led the development of a pioneering PropTech platform in Caracas that leverages Artificial Intelligence to democratize real estate market data. The system utilizes AI Agents and Vector Search to provide accurate valuations, market analysis, and conversational assistance to both agents and buyers.

System Architecture & Leadership: Designed the scalable architecture and database schema, leading the technical execution from concept to launch while managing development priorities.

AI & Vector Search Implementation: Engineered a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system utilizing a vectorized database to index vast amounts of property data, enabling semantic search and context-aware AI responses.

Data Ingestion Pipelines: Developed complex digestion cycles (ETL) to scrape, clean, standardize, and vectorize real estate listings from multiple sources into a unified knowledge base.

AI Agent Orchestration: Built AI agents capable of analyzing property conditions, and information related to prices.
