Web3 SaaS Token Engagement Web App

Overview: In a bid to foster a deeper engagement between small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and their clientele, this project introduced a token-based engagement system. Through a web application accessible on both mobile and desktop platforms, businesses could issue tokens to their clients as a form of engagement, each token carrying a unique value or meaning.

My Role: As the principal designer, I was responsible for the entire design spectrum of this initiative, from conceptualization to final delivery. This encompassed crafting a user-friendly interface, designing a captivating landing page, devising an intuitive dashboard for business owners, and creating engaging illustrations to enrich the user experience.

Deliverables: The core deliverables included a fully functional web application optimized for both mobile and desktop, a landing page that succinctly conveyed the app's value proposition, a business dashboard for real-time token management, and a series of bespoke illustrations to enhance visual engagement.

Tools Utilized: Figma for UI/UX design, and Adobe Photoshop for graphic elements and illustrations.

Impact: The token system not only injected a fun, interactive element into the customer-business interaction but also provided SMEs with a tangible means to measure and foster customer engagement, propelling a novel way for SMEs to interact with their clientele.
