Problem

As Lee Andrews Group grew its presence in civic and sustainability work, it needed to expand its brand across digital platforms. With strong roots in community-focused messaging, the next step was to build tools and systems to help teams share stories clearly and consistently.

🟢 Solution

Working alongside Ritvik Argawal and Stephanie Keane, I helped expand Lee Andrews Group’s refreshed brand identity by developing a scalable social media design system. My contributions focused on extending their visual language—refining templates, layout structure, and content strategy to support clear, story-driven communications for clients like Metro LA and CARB.

Social Media Graphics:

I worked with a small team of emerging creatives to grow Lee Andrews Group’s brand on social media. Together, we planned and produced photo and video shoots, built flexible design templates, and shaped strong visual stories. This collaboration helped expand the brand and share its values and community impact.
Publish expert content on trending topics like AI in communications, brand innovation, and digital strategy. These posts highlight Lee Andrews Group’s leadership in public relations and future-focused thinking.
Celebrate industry achievements with posts about awards like the Stevie Awards and O’Dwyer’s Top PR Firms list. These recognitions build brand trust and position Lee Andrews Group as a top-tier communications firm.
Promote civic impact with stories from Access SAC, Chamber of Commerce leadership, and policy advocacy. These posts reflect the firm’s commitment to community engagement and public sector communication.
Feature key events hosted by Lee Andrews Group CEO Stephanie Graves, like panels with speakers such as Mayor Karen Bass. These events connect tech and community topics in powerful ways.

Strategic Social Content Planning

Lee Andrews Group manages its brand voice with precision, using social calendars to align community outreach with content strategy. This planning ensures timely, relevant messaging that engages diverse audiences across channels like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Campaign Performance Metrics

Using Sprout Social, Lee Andrews Group manages content with scheduling tools, approval workflows, and visual planning dashboards. This system supports timely, goal-driven social media aligned with campaign milestones.

Content Engagement Analysis

We analyzed performance across key content types to identify what drives visibility and interaction on social platforms. LinkedIn thought leadership led with a 12.9% engagement rate, while Instagram Reels followed at 8.88%, proving the power of video and expertise-driven narratives in building digital authority.

Audience Targeting Strategy

To improve campaign performance, we audited existing audience engagement and refined our targeting strategy. Through persona development and segmentation by profession and organization type, we aligned content themes with specific stakeholder needs—strengthening relevance and resonance across platforms.

Audience Segmentation for Strategic Growth

Understanding and segmenting your target audience is key to creating resonant, high-performing content. This breakdown identifies core groups—government agencies, corporate partners, nonprofits, and industry professionals—each with unique communication needs. By tailoring messaging to these segments, Lee Andrews Group can increase engagement, deliver more targeted campaigns, and deepen brand trust across sectors.

Content Performance by Platform

A performance audit revealed key trends across Instagram and LinkedIn. Employee highlights consistently generated the highest impressions on both platforms. Thought leadership and podcast content outperformed static formats, especially on LinkedIn, where industry professionals engage more deeply with long-form insights. General announcements showed the lowest engagement, reinforcing the need for story-driven and visual-first content strategies.

Civic Engagement Initiatives at Lee Andrews Group

At Lee Andrews Group, civic engagement is more than presence—it’s participation with purpose. From key appearances at ACCESS Sacramento to thought leadership on the LA Chamber Board, our team works directly with policymakers, business leaders, and community advocates to shape equitable public policy. These moments exemplify our agency’s deep commitment to representation, influence, and change at every level of civic life.

Social Impact & Innovation Panel

At the intersection of technology and equity, this panel—hosted by Lee Andrews Group and featuring Mayor Karen Bass—sparked dialogue on using innovation to drive systemic change. The event brought together civic leaders and tech strategists to explore responsible design for social good.

Award-Winning PR & Civic Leadership

Lee Andrews Group has earned national recognition, including accolades like the Stevie Awards and O’Dwyer’s Top Independent PR Firms of 2025. But the agency’s influence extends far beyond trophies—its leadership in civic engagement shapes public policy through advocacy, representation, and collaboration. From board appointments to Sacramento roundtables, the team drives meaningful dialogue and policy reform, proving that strategic communication can be a force for systemic change.

Website Redesign

Led by Ritvik Argawal and Stephanie Keane, the redesigned Lee Andrews Group website brings clarity and purpose to the agency’s civic mission. I supported the rollout of visual systems that aligned the site with the expanded brand identity.
