The Problem My old portfolio looked like most design portfolios - process breakdowns, skill lists, and case studies that said a lot without showing much. Founders don't have time for that. They want to see the work, understand what you've shipped, and decide if you're the right person fast. What Changed I stripped everything that wasn't essential. No fluff, no lengthy process sections. The new portfolio leads with the work — apps, SaaS products, marketing sites — and backs it up with real metrics immediately. Onboarding completion rates, conversion numbers, MAU. The kind of proof that makes a founder stop scrolling.
Every page has a clear next step. By the time someone books a call, they already know who I am, what I've shipped, and what I can do for them. The call becomes a decision, not a discovery. The Design Principle Simplify until only what matters remains. If a founder wouldn't care about it in the first 10 seconds, cut it. A portfolio that attracts mature leads. No more explaining what I do on the first call. The work does that before we ever speak.
