About This Project

This project translates clinical recommendations for Type 2 Diabetes into a clear, structured educational visual — designed for use in patient counselling, clinics, and health programmes.

As a Clinical Pharmacist and Health Communication Consultant, I simplify evidence-based guidance into accessible, action-focused messaging that supports better patient understanding and adherence.

The Challenge

Healthcare teams often rely on complex clinical documents (NICE NG28, ADA Standards, NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme). These guidelines are accurate — but not easy for patients to absorb during a short consultation.

Common challenges include:
