Simple YouTube edit: raw take to upload-ready episode

A demo built for a specific brief. Not client work: the material shown is sample data, so what is on display is the mechanism.

I built a finished YouTube edit of a placeholder talking-head episode to show how I would cut for this channel. A 1:53 raw take with two false starts, filler words, dead air and an aside is cut to 1:25: false starts and fillers out, pauses tightened to a breath, a 110% punch-in on alternate jump cuts, 3 B-roll inserts only where the words point at something, one name title and one list card. Seven channel style notes are kept as checked rules, and a sample review round of 4 timecoded notes turns the 1:31 first cut into the final. The 1920x1080 MP4 is mixed to -14.1 LUFS and ships with .srt captions, 4 chapters and the edit decision lists. The presenter is drawn and the voice is a placeholder tone track timed to the words.
