Objective: To establish AYU as a premier hospitality experience in Bali, reflecting the unique culture and natural beauty of the island, while appealing to both international and domestic travelers seeking a serene and authentic Balinese experience.

The project began with an in-depth market analysis to understand the competitive landscape, target audience, and unique selling propositions of Bali's hospitality sector. AYU aimed to differentiate itself by emphasizing its deep connection to Balinese culture, its commitment to sustainability, and its exceptional service that offers a personalized experience to each guest.
Target Audience: AYU targets discerning travelers who seek more than just luxury accommodation; they look for an immersive cultural experience, personalized service, and sustainable practices. This includes solo travelers, couples, and families from both international and domestic markets.
Brand Positioning: AYU is positioned as a sanctuary that offers a profound connection to the essence of Bali. The branding emphasizes the hotel's integration with nature, its use of traditional Balinese architecture and design elements, and its commitment to sustainability and community involvement.

Brand Identity Development

Logo and Visual Identity: The logo combines traditional Balinese symbols with modern design elements, representing the fusion of tradition and contemporary luxury. The color palette is inspired by Bali's natural landscape—earthy tones and the vibrant greens of the rice paddies and forests, accented by the blues of the Bali Sea.
