Unipipe - SaaS Product Design

Over the past 1.5 years, I've had the pleasure of leading the UX and creative direction for Unipipe, a management software tailored for 3D animators and digital artists in the 3D animation industry. This role focused on defining a user-friendly experience to streamline complex workflows, enabling artists and studios to manage assets, tools, shots, and all project elements in one centralised platform.

The primary goal was to build a robust, intuitive tool that could handle the unique needs of animation studios. Through extensive research and close collaboration with animation professionals, we identified common pain points and areas where streamlined project management could dramatically improve workflow efficiency.

By focusing on clarity, ease of use, and visual hierarchy, I aimed to ensure that each feature – from asset categorisation to shot tracking – would be as intuitive as possible. My role involved everything from early-stage concepting and user journey mapping to final UI design and feature rollout.

Since Unipipe’s initial launch, it has received positive feedback from users who appreciate its tailored approach to 3D animation workflows. With this project, we succeeded in simplifying complex tasks and creating a space that feels both professional and creative, giving animators more control and structure over their projects.
