I took over an iOS SDK for a high-growth fintech and helped upgrading it to the growing customer demands (SwiftUI, animations, modular architecture).
Reduced integration failures, supported top-tier partners like Ryanair and Just Eat Takeaway, and helped turn the mobile SDK from a liability into a sales asset, attributing to team scaling and overall KPI growth after my overhaul.
