AR Shoe Sizing App for E-Commerce - A Perfect Fit

Designed and delivered a mobile sizing and customization app for a global safety shoe brand. Using smartphone cameras, AR overlays, and on-device ML, users could measure foot size and get shoe recommendations - no tape measure needed. The companion app also allowed dynamic color previews and product customization.

This was a full-stack mobile innovation build: e-commerce meets personalization, packaged in a brand-friendly UX.
