Substack reorganisation audit — tags, series, live checks

A generic reorganisation audit for a Substack publication, run on a placeholder archive of 24 essays in three series: one row per post, a four-tag scheme with the membership rule for each tag, a series index, and every rule scored as a live PASS/FAIL formula in the workbook (untagged posts, off-scheme tags, byline drift, missing images, tag balance, thin series).

Beside the workbook: the homepage information architecture before and after, and the maintenance guide the author keeps after handover. The workbook is recalculated headlessly and cross-checked against an independent count before it is published. No client content appears anywhere.
