A property-services website with clear routes for owners and tenants
This 33 Realty website design brings property management, leasing and brokerage into one consistent layout. It balances service information with clear navigation for new enquiries and existing customers.
The page introduces the business, explains its services and gives visitors a visible contact route. The aim of the structure is to make a broad service offering easier to understand.
Helping different visitors find the right route
A property owner, a prospective tenant and someone looking for brokerage support will arrive with different questions. The navigation gives property management, leasing and brokerage their own routes instead of hiding them inside one broad services page.
The upper navigation also separates existing-customer resources through owner and tenant portal links. This keeps everyday account access distinct from the public service information.
Visual direction
The design uses black, white and warm yellow to keep the page focused. Yellow marks the main actions, including the contact route and links into individual services. Property and team photography gives context to the service descriptions.
A dark statistics section separates the opening message from the service area. Below that, a larger property-management panel and smaller leasing and brokerage cards create a clear order. The relationship and team sections add context before the visitor reaches later page content.
What the portfolio shows
The original three-panel mockup presents the main sections together, while the full-page image shows their order in the website. Both are retained so visitors can see the overall visual direction and then inspect the details. No extra cover headlines or generated website screens have been added.
This case covers the visual layout and information structure shown in those images. The business figures inside the artwork belong to the website content; they are not results attributed to my design work. The portal links are visible navigation elements, not a claim that I built a property-management backend.
