Calabash Kennels and Cattery — a website design presentation for pet boarding and care. The page introduces the facility, separates dog and cat services, and gives owners several clear routes to contact the business. The original images show how the content and visual style work together.
GOAL
Pet owners need to understand both the care offered and the place their pet will stay. The page brings those questions together: a large outdoor image introduces the environment, followed by a welcome section and clear routes into dog and cat services.
MY ROLE
My design contribution is presented through the page layout, service hierarchy and enquiry journey. Dogs and cats have separate cards so owners can find the relevant care information quickly. Facility imagery and supporting content introduce the setting before asking visitors to make contact.
DELIVERABLES
The original full-page preview shows the hero, welcome section, separate For Dogs and For Cats cards, pet-care articles, a contact area with a map, and a closing booking prompt. The mockup presents the design on a laptop and phone without adding a headline over the cover.
APPROACH
The page alternates light content areas with deep teal sections. Coral buttons stand out as next steps, while small playful shapes keep the design friendly. The layout moves from the facility introduction into dog and cat care, then useful articles, contact information and a final booking prompt.
OUTCOME
The finished portfolio presentation pairs a device mockup with a separate full-page preview. The scope here is website design and page organization; the screenshots do not establish live booking functionality, accessibility testing or measured business results.
