Overview

I built an AI-powered production monitoring and decision-support system for a factory environment to help management track performance, identify inefficiencies, and make faster, data-driven operational decisions.
The system centralizes production data, visualizes key metrics in real time, and uses AI to surface insights that would otherwise require manual analysis.

Problem

Factory production data was:
Spread across multiple sources
Difficult to interpret quickly
Reactive instead of proactive
Managers lacked a clear, real-time view of:

Performance deviations
Operational bottlenecks
As a result, decisions were slower and often based on incomplete information.

Solution

I designed and built a custom AI-powered monitoring system that brings production data into a single interface and augments it with automated insights.
