Every successful AI product starts long before development.
For this confidential client engagement, I worked closely with the founder to transform an early-stage concept into a structured, build-ready product.
Rather than jumping directly into development, we focused on defining the product vision, validating the MVP, designing the AI architecture, planning the user experience, and creating a complete technical roadmap.
The outcome was a clickable Figma prototype supported by detailed system architecture, AI module planning, and implementation documentation, enabling the product to move confidently into development.
