SaySo — Podcast SaaS Platform

Challenge: Podcast creators had no single platform to handle the full production workflow — from recording and editing to distribution. Most tools were fragmented, requiring creators to jump between multiple apps for transcript editing, audio enhancement, music licensing, and publishing.

Solution: I led the full design cycle for SaySo, a podcast SaaS platform built in Figma — from competitor research and information architecture through wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI. The platform consolidates the entire workflow: creators can edit transcripts, apply AI-powered audio enhancement, layer royalty-free music, and publish directly to Spotify and Apple Podcasts in one click.

I also designed a complete design system to ensure consistency across three distinct subscription tiers — Free, Pro, and Business — each with tailored UX flows that matched the feature set and usage patterns of each user segment.

Results: The end-to-end SaaS product shipped from concept to launch, covering both the core platform and the marketing web presence. The tiered subscription model gave the business a clear growth path, while the unified design system reduced future design overhead and kept the product visually consistent at scale.
