When we designed Culdesac Tempe, we knew that not everyone would be ready to sign a lease and fully embrace car-free life right away. After all, moving to a car-free neighborhood could seem quite daunting if you’re used to depending on private vehicles to get around. But we knew that there would be people interested in trying out our walkable, person-centered community on a short-term basis to see how they liked it.

Our solution: offering both long and short-term rentals in Culdesac Tempe.

Starting this fall, experiencing Culdesac Tempe is as easy as booking an apartment. Guests now have the flexibility to arrange stays lasting anywhere from two days to three months.

Our accommodations feature three private suite options: The Saguaro Suite and 1-Bedroom apartments can be booked for up to two guests, and the 2-Bedroom apartment can be booked for up to five guests. Rates start as low as $115 per night.

During your stay, enjoy access to the vibrant urban neighborhood, all community businesses, and select amenities (be sure to check out these details on each rental before booking!). We also provide guests with exclusive mobility benefits that allow them to experience Tempe car-free and immerse themselves in the real Culdesac experience.

When you’re ready to make a more long-term move, you can review our Availability to see which units are available for rent. Our floor plans range from studios to 3-bedroom apartments, so we can accommodate you no matter how many square feet need.

Rental terms range from 6 to 15 months in length, and all apartments are pet-friendly. We even offer the option of renting fully furnished units.
