Marketing website build for Clerq IP | Webflow CMS

Clerq is an agentic AI platform that automates patent workflows. This year they launched a full rebrand from NLPatent, with the new identity led by Overline. The site and the brand went live on the same day, which meant the deadline was fixed.
The teams at Clerq and Overline worked incredibly hard to make that shared launch day happen. I joined in the final months as the build partner: taking Overline's design through to a properly engineered Webflow site, and handling everything under the hood that comes with a domain and identity change of this scale.
The starting point was a series of conversations about how the site needed to work. Not just how it should look, but how the team would manage it after launch, and what needed to be protected as they moved off the old NLPatent domain.
From there I built the site in Webflow, working closely with Overline to make sure the design intent carried all the way through. Components were built to be reused. The CMS was structured so the marketing team could publish case studies, resources and customer content without needing a developer every time. Built for the people using it, not for the person who built it.
A big part of the project sat behind the scenes. Years of SEO equity lived in the old NLPatent domain, and none of it could be lost in the move. I mapped and verified a full 301 redirect plan against the live site, so every indexed URL and inbound link landed in the right place the moment the new domain went live.
Since launch, the relationship has continued. I've stayed on as part of their team, onboarding people, improving the component system based on real usage, refining the CMS, and advising on how to get the most out of Webflow as new features roll out.

"We brought Scott in to build the Webflow site for our full rebrand from NLPatent to Clerq, on a launch date that could not move. He worked closely with both our team and our brand designer to turn the vision into something that worked and looked truly beautiful. He was creative around the parts nobody had figured out yet and offered solutions. Launch day came and went without a single issue, which says a lot about his professionalism and craftsmanship! Importantly, Scott built the site in a way that enables us to take it over once the projected concluded, so our team could make changes in Webflow directly and has continued to make himself available whenever needed. I am very glad to have worked with Scott and couldn't recommend him enough! We will continue to trust Scott projects - he is professional, attentive, creative, and just a pleasure to work with."
