Katie Van Haaren

On the Consumer Experience team at bp, I was in charge of overseeing the
creation, scheduling, and publication of social media content for the Amoco
brand via Sprinklr. My responsibilities included ensuring that the brand's voice
was consistently reflected across its Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages. I
posted on a biweekly frequency, while respecting blackout dates relating to
changing market conditions and Congressional hearings.
I balanced the objectives of developing brand awareness and strengthening
engagement strategies to increase customer loyalty. Below, Figures 1-4 show
digital assets and copy that I developed for the Amoco Facebook page.
