I oversaw the digital-first transformation of brand standard pamphlets for 7,200 bp and Amoco-branded sites across the United States (Figures 1 and 2). To ensure ease of use, I implemented features such as anchor links for easy navigation and pinch-to-zoom functionality. My team used Wrike to organize multiple rounds of edits between the global standards team, bp marketing team, and agency help. A focus group consisting of mystery shoppers also provided feedback on the UX.
