Led the design team for Kamelpay s products, focusing on enhancing user experience and interface design.

Utilized prototyping and design tools like Figma to create innovative and user-friendly solutions. Managed a team of designers, improving product design and achieving high user satisfaction. As a product designer, my primary responsibility has been to redesign the entire application from its MVP. With the collaboration of my talented team, we've successfully revamped the application, branding, debit cards, B2B dashboards (protected under NDA), and marketing materials.

My approach centers around a comprehensive feedback loop involving stakeholders, users, and the sales team. We conduct in-depth sessions to grasp their objectives and envision how the product should perform in the Dubai market. This understanding forms the basis for writing requirements and user stories. From there, we move into brainstorming sessions and wireframing. Once we receive approval, we proceed to create high-fidelity mockups. However, given constraints on resources and tight deadlines, we occasionally jump straight to designing high-fidelity mockups to maintain momentum and ensure timely delivery.
