TeamHub HR Management Dashboard Design

We built TeamHub around a soft, human-centric interface rather than the typical dense, corporate dashboard look, rounded components, soft shadows, and generous spacing that make dense HR data feel approachable instead of overwhelming. The intent was to design for empathy first, since HR tools are ultimately about managing people, not just processing data.

Functionally, TeamHub was structured to centralize the core pillars of HR work, employee management, attendance tracking, performance monitoring, and recruitment, into one system, so HR professionals aren't switching between disconnected tools to get a full picture of their team. The entire kit was built fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile from the start.
