About the project 🗯
In 2022, I partnered with Copy.aI for ten months to enhance its content page with several informational blog posts. These topics range from B2B writing tips to social media marketing, but they all represent the same brand voice and educational, supportive quality its community of loyal users has grown to love.
Note: You may notice the innocent man pictured on my Copy.ai profile looks a bit different than I do. Don't worry, I haven't switched bodies—seems like there was an accidental photo swap!
Our collaborative process 🤝
I worked closely with one of Copy.ai's content managers, who provided detailed outlines for each blog topic—these instructions covered everything from what information to include to heading/layout preferences. To align with the brand's SEO strategy, posts ranged from 2,200 to 2,400 words each, with an average turnaround of 4 days.
Along the way, I kept in close contact with the manager via Slack to clarify requirements, suggest changes, and discuss anything else that could further enhance the final product.
The outcome 📊
This partnership was instrumental in expanding Copy.ai's selection of high-quality resources relevant to its growing community of users. I'm also happy to say that, throughout the blog series, Copy.ai accepted each delivery without needing any rounds of revision!
