About the project 🗯
In November 2021, Contra approached me to be a content writer for their Contra Bootcamp program, which is designed to teach new "independents" the basics of establishing a freelance business. To help them along the way, I wrote an informative blog post detailing instructions to follow when building their first portfolio.
Our collaborative process 🤝
I worked with three Contra team members throughout the project, including one of their staff copywriters, to ensure the content aligned with the company's brand voice (notice the emojis❓) and mission. Of course, I also performed substantial research on the topic, acquiring multiple references and sources to support the information presented.

Despite a tight deadline, I was able to deliver a polished, engaging piece before the team's desired due date. Next, we performed two rounds of minor revisions to perfect the copy before publishing the final version you can read today.
