Role: Lead Full-Stack Developer & Product Designer

RE/MAX agent Levan Wood needed a modern, conversion-driven website that went beyond standard real estate branding. The goal:

Position Levan as an authority in tech-forward recruiting and personal branding

Enable scalable, 24/7 lead capture and interactive engagement for candidates

Deliver a “digital twin” experience, with both AI-powered video and voice—allowing users to get answers, book meetings, and connect in real-time

Seamlessly integrate these advanced features while maintaining flawless performance, accessibility, and brand consistency.

Conducted an in-depth UX/UI and tech audit to map user journeys, pain points, and branding needs.

Architected a modular, highly-performant stack using React 18 + TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS (custom theming), Framer Motion for advanced animation, and Wouter for fast client-side routing.

Implemented TanStack Query for efficient API state management, Radix UI for accessibility, and Lucide React for cohesive iconography.

Deployed a robust Express.js/TypeScript backend via Node.js, using Drizzle ORM and Neon Database (PostgreSQL) for scalable, type-safe data.

Leveraged Zod for runtime schema validation and clean API boundaries.

Built and tested continuously using Replit for rapid prototyping and live iteration.

Integrated Tavus.io for a real-time, conversational “digital twin” video agent. Users can interact via unique session links (1-hour video, recording enabled), giving a truly personalized touch.

Added an ElevenLabs-powered voice agent widget directly on the site, featuring a custom-cloned version of Levan’s own voice. This agent answers common questions, handles appointment booking, and provides 24/7 instant support.

Built intelligent fallback logic: If Tavus is unavailable, users are routed to the voice agent for seamless engagement.

Designed device-specific experiences (desktop/mobile) with robust error handling, pop-up detection, and adaptive UI behaviors.

Established a bold RE/MAX-inspired palette: Red (#D72638), Navy (#0D1B2A), Gold (#D4AF37), with gradients and rich contrast.

Used the Outfit font for modern appeal and Inter for readability.

Crafted micro-interactions, scroll animations, and a card-based layout for a sophisticated, high-conversion look.
