Using Airtable as the backbone, we built a comprehensive database to house all client and pet information in one place. To make onboarding simple, we introduced online registration and inquiry forms that sync seamlessly with the database. A custom management app allowed staff to access key details on the move whether at the grooming station, during day-care check-ins, or managing holiday boarding.
For finances, we implemented an automated invoicing system linked to Stripe, taking the hassle out of chasing payments and ensuring timely, professional billing.
