Resvés is a locally owned coworking space nestled in Lisbon’s vibrant Campo de Ourique neighborhood.
The space offers a variety of amenities including private phone booths, cozy lounge areas, a sunny outdoor terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Beyond their workspace, Resvés hosts various events designed to foster networking and collaboration among its members.
Their goal was to reposition the brand on social media — to showcase the unique features of their space, boost visibility, and create an active, sustainable posting strategy that could keep the community engaged long after our collaboration.
Project goals
Reposition the brand to attract their target audience*
Promote the coworking space’s unique features and benefits
Develop a consistent posting structure for ongoing social media management
*Their target audience consists of: freelancers and remote workers that require a flexible workspace to enhance productivity and connect with like-minded people, small businesses/startups that prioritize collaboration and creativity in their work environment, teams looking for a place to collaborate on projects, entrepreneurs who value networking opportunities and personal growth within a supportive community, and digital nomads traveling or living temporarily in Lisbon who need a comfortable and productive workspace
Conclusion
Over the period of two months, we experimented with different content types and topics, discovering that our audience responds best to event photo dumps and reposts of content shared by community members. This clearly highlighted that connection and community are key selling points for the brand.
Looking ahead, if we continued working together, I’d love to explore running a referral giveaway to reward those who bring the most new followers to our pages, setting up a lead generation form on LinkedIn, and sharing even more photos and videos from events and the community — keeping captions simple and authentic. Sometimes, less really is more.
