The Premium Cuisines is a prototype of a new restaurant that would encompass of initially 4 different cuisines (American, Italian, Mexican, and Chinese), with room to add more cuisines in the future. The project ended up not launching.
The colors (red, yellow, green) were chosen for being the most common colors among many culinaries. The symbol of the logotype is a stylized chef's hat that it's tilted to be dynamic, and it's drawn with an irregular-weight brush: It's fast food with a homemade taste.
