Hand Off Daily Ops to AI Agents With Memory and Model Routing
My AI consulting business runs on daily AI work: research, LinkedIn content and a daily brief. I needed agents that act like specialists, keep context from one day to the next, check their own output and use the right model for each job.
What I built
A supervisor-and-specialist system on OpenClaw:
An orchestrator routes each task and loads the context it needs.
Specialist agents handle research, LinkedIn content and the daily brief.
A model router picks Claude, Gemini or GPT for each job, based on cost.
Shared memory carries the rules and what the agents learned into the next day.
Requests arrive by Telegram, on a schedule or from triggers in other tools, and results come back in Telegram.
How the agents, model router and memory connect
Tools
OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini and Python.
The result
A standing operations layer that plans and runs recurring work, checks it, remembers what it learned and reports back in Telegram.
My role
I designed the architecture, the orchestration, the memory and the model routing, built the integrations, wrote the operating procedures and run the system in production every day.
