A growing team was spending too much time on repetitive ops work across tools, handoffs, and follow-ups.
What we built
A multi-agent operations system with clear ownership per workflow, knowledge and data connections where needed, human approval on sensitive steps, testing, docs, and team handoff.
My role: architecture, agent and workflow design, integrations, testing, and handoff.

How AI systems can take on bounded operational work without becoming an unbounded black box.
