A private AI knowledge bank with curated sources, retrieval (RAG), and answers grounded in the team's own materials, delivered through a Voiceflow experience the team can use day to day.
My role: knowledge architecture, retrieval design, Voiceflow experience, integrations, testing, and handoff.
