Simplero is an all-in-one platform for creators, combining courses, communities, email marketing, payments, automations and CRM.

When I joined, the features were there, but they often felt like separate products. Navigation was difficult, workflows were disconnected, and it wasn't always clear how to move from creating a product to selling it, marketing it and managing it afterwards.

Over more than five years, I worked across the product ecosystem, helping establish reusable design patterns, redesign existing workflows and shape new features as the platform evolved.
