999.md is the largest classifieds platform in Moldova that needed a redesign. With a team of four people, we redesigned the website, conducted UX tests, and created a design system for future product projects. My role was to refresh scenarios based on the new design system and modern UX rules.

We faced some problems, such as the age of the target audience being 40+, so sudden changes could not be made, and everything was simplified as much as possible

After we drew the first version, we conducted usability tests, which yielded average results. After analysis, we made corrections and improved the design according to user feedback

From an old, uncomfortable, and ugly platform, we made a modern service that covers the pain of the user and allows 500 people daily to sell and buy products.

We didn’t just refresh the UI; we created a scalable design system that the product will use in future projects
