As a dedicated UI/UX designer on the team, my primary focus was on developing cutting-edge UI components using Angular 4, Rxjs, HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript, tailored specifically for Enterprise tier customers. My contributions were instrumental in redesigning and redeveloping the entire software suite to meet new web standards and establish a cohesive design system.
One of my significant achievements was streamlining a set of 16-18 smaller tools into less than 5 tools, ensuring a seamless user experience for stakeholders at all levels, from junior on-site staff to PETRONAS Leadership. This involved an extensive revamp and thoughtful reimagining of the offerings, leading to the creation of a 3-step UX and 4 Dashboards, each allowing easy access to raw data.
Additionally, I played a vital role in crafting UI libraries and reusable web components, acting as a liaison between the business team and developers to brainstorm the most effective data presentation methods.
Throughout my experience, I excelled in developing rich web applications, core UI components, and a comprehensive design system for the entire Axceligent suite of applications. My skill set encompassed a wide range of technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular 2/4/5, React, SCSS, CSS, LESS, and C#, as well as expertise in front-end app frameworks like Angular and Node.js. I effectively handled data using JSON and REST APIs, and skillfully utilized CSS preprocessors such as Sass.
