Nebula AI is an intelligent task and project management tool built to simplify collaboration, track timelines, and provide actionable insights β all in one seamless interface. Designed for modern teams and decision-makers, Nebula AI brings together tasks, issues, logs, and progress updates into a unified space that enables smarter planning and faster execution.
This project was executed over a 4-week sprint, combining strategic UX thinking with elegant UI execution and clean, production-ready development.
1. Research & Strategy
We began by defining user needs β targeting CEOs, project leads, and teams seeking clarity across their workflows. Our research emphasised the pain points of scattered tools, misaligned communication, and poor visibility into ongoing work.
2. Collaborative UX/UI Design
Working alongside a team of designers, we built a system that prioritised simplicity, real-time awareness, and smooth transitions between tasks, timelines, and updates. Wireframes were rapidly prototyped and tested in Figma before moving into full design.
3. Visual Identity & Brand Integration
We shaped Nebulaβs look around trust and intelligence β clean layouts, soft gradients, and subtle AI-inspired visuals. The interface is calm yet powerful, reflecting its purpose as a decision-making assistant.
4. Development & Launch Prep
I handled the website build using Framer, ensuring smooth animations, responsiveness, and optimized performance across devices. We prepared waitlist and marketing pages, integrated essential analytics, and refined copy for clarity and conversion.
