Crown Resorts

Crown Resorts is Australia's largest gaming and entertainment group operating resorts across multiple cities. I worked with them to help deliver multiple digital projects, including a new website and features to their existing mobile app. My goal was to help Crown deliver a five-star service to its customers online. I built and maintained a design library with all the website components in Figma. I then worked with the development team to implement such components and ensure consistency and quality across the site. I also designed new features for the mobile app across iOS and Android. Together with a separate product team, I helped deliver a new onboarding process, screens for room and hotel features, and a digital loyalty card.
