Bunnings is Australia's largest household hardware chain in Australia with over 375 stores across the country. I worked with them via AKQA – Australia to help deliver multiple digital projects, including an online marketplace. My goal was to help Bunnings expand its online offering as part of the most significant digital transformation the company has gone through since it opened its first store. I led the design process end-to-end, from research to deployment. For this, I spoke to many customers to understand how to design a convenient online experience. I created, tested and iterated for months until we implemented and launched.
