Background
A health tech startup was building a new platform that collated and curated jobs from multiple NHS trusts around the country to provide an easy to use method for doctors to find new positions.
The problem is that job listings were published in multiple locations without any continuity, many were provided as word document or PDF job descriptions.
Solution
An interface was created for employees to manage incoming job listings including a process where PDF listings would be displayed alongside a set of important data points to gather from each. This was then accessed by a distributed team of data-entry workers who ensured the highest quality of listing information could be achieved.
